Member Event – Canadian International Peace Conference

Join us for the inaugural Canadian International Peace Conference (CIPC), a transformative two-day event dedicated to fostering global dialogue on peacebuilding, education, and cultural connection.

Under the theme Building Sustainable Peace through Inclusive Practices, this conference will bring together over 200 participants, including policymakers, academics, activists, and community leaders.

CIPC 2025 features an inspiring lineup of keynote speakers, including the President of the United Nations Association of Canada and Dr. Ingrid Waldron, a renowned advocate for environmental justice and equity. The event will also include interactive workshops, cultural performances, and networking opportunities, providing a dynamic platform for collaboration and innovation.

Aligned with key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10), the conference will spotlight the Role of Women in Peacebuilding alongside other critical topics, including Sexual and Domestic Violence and Mental Health in peacebuilding efforts.
