Introduction to Supplier Diversity
Calling all women-owned businesses!
The Centre for Women in Business has been hosting Supplier Diversity Alliance of Canada and corporate roundtables for more than ten years. This introductory program is for those who attend and meet with corporates at those and other supplier diversity events. We will explore the world of diverse supply chains, certifying councils, construct your business capability statement and hear from diverse suppliers on how they are leveraging certification. There are four modules, peer mastermind, and 1:1’s to develop your strategy.
Program Benefits:
- Increase your understanding of supplier diversity in Canada and how your business fits
- Explore building the capacity in your business in order to compete for new business in supplier diversity
- Develop your capability statement with the input of peers to present at Supplier Diversity Days or submit to corporate portals.
- Learn from experienced certified suppliers as they leverage certification.
Intro SD Cohorts will run through 2025 and 2026.
