Eirinn Fraser works as a Business Advisor for the Centre for Women in Business (CWB) on Cape Breton Unama’ki. Besides advising, she runs the Power Lunch Series, hosts the weekly virtual Coffee Talk, and oversees the Workplace Education Initiative.
Her forward-thinking efforts help people reach their goals by providing tools and business know-how. During the pandemic, she dedicated over 7500 hours to important projects, creating long-term action plans. She’s been involved in government-funded growth projects and established the CBMIC and Province of Nova Scotia Workplace Education courses for the entertainment sector.
Eirinn is studying at Berklee College of Music for Music Business and also taking Harvard Business School Online’s Leadership and Management program. With 18 years in the entertainment industry and a passion for the arts, she’s active on the Cape Breton Music Industry Cooperative Board, the Music Nova Scotia Investment Program Committee, and the Cape Breton Music Hall of Fame Committee.
Recognized with awards like the 2023 East Coast Music Award for Industry Innovator of the Year, Eirinn continues to make an impact, evident from her nomination for the 2023 Music Nova Scotia Industry Award for Artistic Development.
